off of my feet

Well I had my doctor’s appt. this past Monday. The doctor told me to take it easy for the next month and stay off of my feet. So that is what I am going to do. She said that since I was spotting that my body might be trying to miscarry the baby. But I believe that the baby is fine. We had an ultrasound the same day, and the baby is fine, we have a strong heart beat and that the baby is the right length and everything. I am so thankful that there is nothing wrong. I just need to set back and take it easy and get through with this trimester.
